Conveniently located near major off-ramps for easy access. The staff is helpful and easy to communicate with. The cabins are priced reasonably, with basic amenities including a bed, bathroom, and kitchenette. Some cabins have added luxury, such as a television set or free linen.
The cleanliness of the cabins should be improved to provide a comfortable stay for guests.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! the location was perfect for us as it was close to where we needed to be. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the pleasant check-in process to their flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request. The room amenities were extremely well-appointed, with a fully-equipped kitchenette that was especially convenient for our needs. We also appreciated the comfortable seating area and the lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing leisure facilities such as BBQ facilities and a sun terrace which added to the overall charm of this place.

Friendly reception lady. Cosy, well-equipped cabin. Nice and welcoming attendant. Convenient location near CBD. Bus stop in front of the motel. Pak n Save nearby. Good laundry area. Amazing Māori staff.

The flowers around the area were a pleasant sight. The location was convenient as it was central. the space in the room was adequate.
The cabin was in dire need of renovations, with worn carpets and dirty facilities. The photos advertised were deceiving, presenting a different impression from reality.

The free parking and Wi-Fi were a good bonus. the location was perfect - a short distance from the city center and public transportation.
I was very disappointed with the state of the accommodation. the windows were moldy and did not lock.
